China National Decoration Holds 2019 Second Employee Representative Assembly

On December 24, the China National Decoration headquarters convened the second Employee Representative Assembly, which was presided over by Zhao Yinwei, chairman of the union in which all employees participated. The Assembly carried out discussions focused on three topics of "satisfaction survey on medical check institutions and sick leave payment criteria, 2019 annual company production safety briefing, union members post division."

The meeting first voted on the issue of "employee's annual physical examination agency satisfaction survey and sick leave payment standards" which are of great concern to the employees. The final voting results will be announced by Zhao Yinwei, the chairman of the union, and will be announced after the meeting. Secondly, Ma Fusheng, deputy manager of the Ministry of Safety, made a detailed report on the 2019 production safety of China National Decoration. Subsequently, the union president Zhao Yinwei again clarified issues on the division of labor and labor union members.

At the end of the meeting, the China National Decoration labor union gave holiday benefits to all employees and sent their sincere holiday wishes.
