The HR Department Organized Training on the Five Social Insurances and One Housing Fund Policy

On August 20th, the company's Human Resources Department held the training on the 2019 Five Social Insurances and One Housing Fund Policy. Employees from the company's headquarters participated in the training. The training was hosted by the Deputy Director of Operations Management, Director Chen Si.

During the training, Mrs. Chen introduced the social insurance types and payment, the base and proportion of the contribution of the provident fund, as well as the conditions and methods of withdrawal, the minimum wage, and the individual tax policy in detail. At the end of the training, there was a Q&A session for questions on the training to ensure that everyone had a comprehensive understanding of the relevant policies of the Five Social Insurances and One Housing Fund, providing strong support for the employees’ knowledge of their rights and interests!
