The Company Successfully Held the 2018 Annual China National Decoration Employee Development Training Activities

From September 16th-17th, the company party committee joined the labor union to hold the 2018 Annual China National Decoration Employee Development Training in Tianjin. Company executives and all staff attended the event.

In the morning of September 16, we came to the Pan Mountain located in Tianjin Ji County, led by the human resources manager Chen Si and union president Su Li, we played the toe rope jumping, three-legged race, nametag ripping game and other games. Each group member united together to cooperate and courageously competed; the event was very exciting.

In the afternoon, the Company party committee organized all the party members to hold a review of the oath activities. All party members looked at the party flag, held their right hand into fist and read the party oath.

After that, the China National Decoration Co., Ltd Decoration Staff Meeting was held. Through the on-site competitive election, Wang Dongmei was elected as an additional member of the labor union.

Next, under the leadership of the team leader, they had discussion about different topics of company's business, everyone opened up their mind and shared what was in their mind, which fully embodies their spirit of ownership for the company.

Dinner is the time for everyone to relax and for reunion. Chairman Li Jiefeng and company executives expressed their gratitude to every employee, thanking everyone for their efforts at work. At the same time, the company also prepared cakes for the September birthday staff celebrants, bringing the cheerful atmosphere to a climax.

On September 17, all the company participants gathered in the conference room, each team leader gave an answer to the issues raised in the discussion. Chairman Li Jiefeng shared his review on the spot, he fully affirmed the enthusiasm for all the positive contributions, and said it would be important for the company's next development.

Subsequently, Chairman Li Jiefeng conducted the "Current Economic Situation Sharing" topic training for all staff, from the domestic and foreign macroeconomic situation to the building decoration industry, he did a thorough analysis, finally indicated the next step of strategic planning and development direction according to the actual situation of the China National Decoration Co.,Ltd, let all employees to has a more profound understanding of the company's business objectives and corporate vision.
