The 1st Internal Audit Meeting of China Decor Management System was Convened

On 9th April, China Decor Convened the internal audit meeting of the management system, operating the 3-day internal auditing work. Guan Zuowei, the representative of the managers, principals from all the departments and internal audit members attended the meeting, which was presided over by Gao Jinping the team leader of the internal audit.

The team leader of the internal audit introduced the audit purpose, audit scope, audit gist, the internal audit members attending the audit check and the daily audit schedule to the quality, environment and the occupational health safety systems.

Manager Guan made instructions to the internal audit work and it would take three days for the company to have an overall internal audit work, through which we would know the problems existing during operation in time, making the three systems advance with the times and guarantee the applicability, sufficiency and the effectiveness of the systems. The principals from all the departments should take positive responsibilities, support the internal audit work and reinforce the communication. We were not afraid to meet problems, aiming at finding the inconsistent items and the corresponding causes in time, taking measures to correct and prevent. Hoping all the departments and internal audit members to take active actions to finish the audit work through highly responsible spirit and fruitful work.
