Friendship Deepened among Colleagues by Having an Informal Conversation in the Leisure Bar

On September 19th, organized by the Chairman Office, a cross-department communication activity was held among the colleagues from the Financial Management, Auditing and Marketing Department. Firstly Chen Bin, the director of the Chairman Office, stated the activity purpose. Ordinarily all of us are well occupied with work. Usually the communication among colleagues relates to work, which is in a formal way. Today we would like to take this opportunity and the leisure bar of the company can provide a relaxing place and atmosphere to talk with each other.

Afterwards, a few colleagues introduced briefly themselves and elaborated on their work responsibilities. Colleagues also discussed what should be paid more attention to and improved for coordination and cooperation among different departments. The entire conversation was conducted in harmony. All the people present uttered freely their opinions in a very relaxing atmosphere. The communication had a very good effect both among individuals and different departments. In addition, the friendship among colleagues has been deepened.
