Yangzhou Yangzijiang China National Building Decoration Engineering Company held 2015 general meeting of shareholders and board meeting

On August 15th, Yangzhou Yangzijiang China National Building Decoration Engineering Company held the 2015 general meeting of shareholders and board meeting. As an important shareholder, Li Jiefeng, the president of China National Decoration Co., Ltd. attended the meeting. And the meeting was hosted by Xin Jianlin, the general manager of China Decoration.

In the meeting, the company 2011-2015 work report of board of directors, financial work report and profit allocation plan were deliberated. The senior executives including Ma Guanglin, the president of Yangzijiang Group and Zhu Yonghai, the board member, discussed the future development directions and bright blueprint of the company under an amicable atmosphere. At last, the meeting announced the bill statistics and vote result.
