BCDA Thoroughly Investigating Member Enterprises on Site

To know about the specific needs of the member enterprises, provide good solutions to the problems facing the enterprises, conduct well the management of Beijing construction decoration industry, provide services to the members and collect opinions on the marketized behavior credibility system construction for Beijing municipal construction decoration enterprises, a delegation composed of a dozen of people including Li Jiefeng, the chairman of Beijing Construction Decoration Association and chairman of China Decoration Co., Ltd., Zhang Jishi, the vice executive chairman, Gao Jian and Su Guoyi, the vice chairman and Wang Yuerong, the deputy executive secretary general etc went to the enterprises personally and participated in the investigation.

From May 19th to May 24th 2016, the delegation went in succession to Jian Yuan Decoration Co., Ltd., Beijing Dalong Construction Group Co., Ltd. and Beijing Branch of SuZhou Jin Tanglang Decoration Co., Ltd.to make investigations. The presidents and senior executives of the above enterprises have made in-depth exchanges and discussion on their common problems encountered in the routine operation and management such as new experiences brought by low-price bid, extremely improper way of asking for wages and the conversion of operation tax into added-value tax.

In each enterprise, after Chairman Li Jiefeng listened to the report by the enterprises, he has given answers in detail and exchanged wide opinions with them. Besides introducing the basic information of the association, he has also made detailed introduction of the subsequent work plan of the association to them and asked for their advice. Through this thorough visit and investigation, we have learned about the existing difficulties facing the member enterprises as well as their urgent needs. In recent days, the secretariat of the association will organize investigation to various types of enterprises in the association in order to keep improving our work and enhance our work level.
