Contract Law Training was Held in Company.

To further improve corporate management, enhance the legal awareness and legal knowledge of our executives and safeguard the legitimate interest of our company, the Enterprise Management Department has recently held a training seminar on contract law. The training was lectured by An Jun, the manger of Legal Affairs Department.

During the training, Mr. An gave detailed interpretations of law application tips of all the contract processes including contract conclusion, performance, validity and violation liability. Meanwhile based on the potential hazards and problems of current contract performance and execution, he took the priority to introduce risk control for contract management and emphasized that static and dynamic contract management should be given equal attention.

According to Manager An, business personnel and enterprise principals should enhance their legal awareness of signing contract and undertaking the due obligations, regulate their own behaviors and increase their risk control ability by performing criminal liability, administrative responsibility and party discipline responsibility. For the weak foundation of fundamental contract management work, it is very necessary to keep improving control management institution. Contract ledger management and contract file management should keep pace with the development of modern enterprises. We should keep abreast of the times.
