Meeting on Summarizing Jan and Feb and Planning for Mar Held

On March 10th 2016, our company organized and held the meeting on summarizing the work of this January and February and planning the work of March. The senior executives and all department heads attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Liu Haijun, the director of Chairman Office.

In the meeting, the senior executives listened to the report made by department heads about their work completion and summary in January and February, made detailed elaboration of the spotlights, existing problems and improvement measures and proposed a specific work plan and detailed thought for March and future time.

The senior executives showed their recognition to the accomlishments of all departments from January to February, made comments on the problems and insufficiency and particularly posed clear requirements on future work.

It is newly required that the company market segments should cover all over China. Meanwhile all the departments should strengthen internal communication, enhance the management transparency, work execution and control the work pace and progress. The managers, party committee and labor union should adhere to the principle of fairness, impartiality and transparency to make researches for company development and employee benefit and it is required to speed up the pace of company informatization to provide information assurance for the development of all departments. In addition, main deployments and arrangements for company operation have been made for certain future time.
