The Company Archives Room Is Redecorated New and Put into Use.

After redecoration for over one month, the archives room of our company was formally put into use and the opening ceremony was held on November 2nd. During the opening ceremony, Wu Lie, the company CPC Committee Secretary and chairman of company labor union made a speech. According to Secretary Wu, company archives is an important part of company knowledge assets and information resources, a fundamental management of company production, research and development, operation and management as well as a true record of company development. Secretary Wu hopes that all staffs actively involved in and attach importance to archive collection, storage and management and carry out faithfully Archive Administration Measures of China Decoration Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Administration Measures). In the ceremony, he made specific requirements to archivists in different departments.

by setting up comprehensive archives room, ensuring timely archiving and safety and confidentiality, appointing full-time archivists and a part-time archivist in each department. To meet the actual situations in company, the Administration Measures have been amended for several times. The latest revision is on November 2014. The Administration Measures makes detailed stipulations on archive management.

Under the management of company leaders and specification of Administration Measures and with the joint efforts of all staffs, the company archives are well-managed, which record detailed data and evidence for company business development and valuable materials for new employees to know about company. We will continuously accumulate archive management experience, improve the level of archive management and well record and store every step of our company’s development.
