Secretary-general Wen Ke Made an Important Speech in the 2015 Summit Forum of Beijing International Creative Design Industry.

On October 14th 2015, the 4th Beijng International Creative Design Industry Expo was held in Beijing China International Exhibition Center. As an important part of the expo, Wen Ke, the secretary general of Finance Committee of Beijing Construction Decoration Association, made an important speech in the summit forum of Beijing international creative design industry.

In the speech, he firstly made analyzed the current new economic normalcy of China from real estate investment, economic restructure and loose momentary policy. Then he gave his guideline opinions about the investment opportunities and choices facing construction and decoration enterprises under the new economic normalcy. According to the features of construction and decoration enterprises and considering the experience of Finance Committee of Beijing Construction Decoration Committee in the recent years, he gave three investment options namely bond investment, equity investment and venture capital investment. At last, he introduced to the audiences the mission of the finance committee, which is “Stimulate Industrial Development with Financial Services”. He interpreted the work of Finance Committee from 4 aspects including service goal, service mode, business procedures and post-loan management and introduced their financial products.
