Learning Project Management to Enrich Expertise

On 21st of November, Project Department of China National Decoration Co., Ltd launched a training program for all employees.

Mr. Deng, Manager of Project Management Department, lectured on the actual issues encountered during project management with regard to cost management, basis principles for project management, optimization of productivity and other project management expertise, illustrating them with real cases to target at the practice, and had in-depth discussion and exchange with the participants.

This project management training helps to improve project management process and work efficiency, deepens employees’ understanding of advanced project management concept, making them to reflect for improvement and amelioration during their post, thus enhancing the overall project management capacity of China Decoration.
