China Decoration’s 2014 Outing Activity Concluded in Success with Cohesive Execution

From August 22nd to 24th, a 3-day outing activity of China National Decoration Co., Ltd concluded in success. Company leaders such as Mr. Li Jiefeng, Chairman of Board of Directors and Mr. Xin Jianlin, General Manager, also placed high importance on and participated in it. All employees also actively engaged in this activity to demonstrate their cohesiveness and firm execution, by which a strong united team of China Decoration was forged.

The outing activity serves not only as training of intelligence and coordination, by also a reinforcement of spirit. In this activity, a series of intellectual team games were played, such as “Inception”, “Bridging in Concerted Effort” and “Martial Arts Contentions”, to make all members of each team fully communicate and cooperate with each other in deep trust.

All contests and racing during games also imprinted into the minds of all employees reinforced cohesiveness and teamwork spirit to support and assist each other, make them fully aware of and accept the target of a team, so as to build up proactive attitude of the team. Besides, the activity also actuated their internal potential, strengthened execution of a team, and enhanced the morale of the whole team.

In the bonfire party, all employees indulged themselves in joyous and surprising singing, dancing, recitation and laughing. They sang the voice of future of China Decoration and danced with the momentum for further growth of the company. There’s a spark inside the heart of every employee, all put together to be an invincible fire shining in the sky of China Decoration.

In the next day, there was a visit to Pingbei Anti-Japanese War Memorial Hall, where they watched the Martyrs’ Monuments, reminisced heroes, learned the intrepid dedication spirit of them, which arouses a different feeling of all employees, and encourages them to exert continuous effort and make progress in their posts.

This outing activity concluded in an agreeable and relaxing walk in Song Mountain.

After the outing, China Decoration duly launched an incentive contribution contest activity themed “cultivating cohesiveness and winning by execution”, to make employees summarize what they acquired during the outing event. The steering team of the outing activity also made a thorough sum-up and reflection of this activity as to draw some lesson and to make improvement in the next event. Experience acquired and merits shown in every activity will be inherited to won satisfaction of employees and recognition of leaders of the company.

In future, the company will continue to hold such kind of activities to reinforce the spirit of “cultivating cohesiveness and winning by execution”, and carry the spirit through all business of the company.
