China Decoration Held a Sum-up Meeting for 1st Half of 2014

Recently, China National Decoration Co., Ltd held a sum-up meeting for the first half of 2014, where Mr. Li Jiefeng, President of the company, Mr. Xin Jianlin, General Manager and other top managers, department managers and employee representatives attended the meeting.

First of all, managers of all departments made their half-year work reports by summarizing their work and putting forward the target for the second half.

Mr. Xin Jianlin made a summary about the work of the first half of 2014 by pointing out that focuses for future job should be placed on elaborate management, talent retaining, meticulous planning, rigorous duty performance and constant persistence. He also emphasized that functional departments shall go the basic frontier to provide point-to-point technical support, difficulty analysis and process services to the latter, that the company should create diversified business operation, create new market and enlarge information source. He additionally reiterated that the company should reinforce its cooperation with large enterprises and real-estate companies.

In the end, Mr. Li Jiefeng finalized the meeting by putting forward a target of “4 increases, 2 reductions and 1 elimination”, that is, to increase net profit, numbers of excellent project, numbers of patents for construction method and employees’ incentives, to reduce employee’s turnover, and numbers of lawsuit and to eliminate grave accidents during production. Mr. Li also pointed out that there should be smooth communication, clear process, thorough execution, improved efficiency, defined responsibility and fulfilled intended outcome during work.

This sum-up meeting identifies the root for problems and malpractice of all departments, makes the course and thoughts clear for future job, thus dealing momentum for the company’s target of striving for customer’s satisfaction, employees’ pride & world’s recognition.
