Strategic Cooperation Agreements Signed with Lin-Li Consultants Shanghai Ltd

On July 14th, 2014, Leaders of Lin Tung-Yen & Li Guo-Hao Consultants Shanghai Ltd paid a visit to headquarters of China National Decoration Co., Ltd & had a meeting with heads of China National Decoration Co., Ltd, including Mr. Li Jiefeng, President of the Company, Mr. Xin Jianlin, General Manager, Mr. Hou Yu, Standing Deputy General Manager and Mr. Guan Zuowei, Deputy General Manager & Chief Engineer.

Lin Tung-Yen & Li Guo-Hao Consultants Shanghai Ltd (Shortened as Shanghai Lin-Li Company), founded in 1993, is a civil engineering design and consultancy joint venture of Chinese & U.S. investors established by China Tongji University & U.S. Lin Tung-Yen Company (China), a holder of Class-A Engineering Design Certificate and Class-A Certificate for Engineering Consultancy.

After the meeting, two companies reached a consensus on intended strategic cooperation and concluded an agreement. Two parties agreed to establish a long-term stable cooperation mechanism based on the principle of “equality and mutual benefit, complementary strength, serving society and pursuit of mutual benefit” in a manner of “voluntary participation, flexible cooperation mode, constant expansion and gradual deepening”. During future cooperation, two parties will establish a platform of cooperation for each other, give priority to each other as business partner, offer each other technical training & professional guidance, and collaborate with regard to bidding, design and construction of project.
