Spring Festival Greetings by Li Jiefeng, Chairman of the Board

Confronting the new year of 2014, we are dedicated to draw a new splendid blueprint. On this occasion of the arrival of the Spring Festival, I'd like to, on behalf of the Company’s leadership, extend my warmest greetings and best wishes to all of you and your families! I'd also like to express my heartfelt thanks and New Year’s greetings to leaders at all levels, partners and community friends for your constant concern with and support to the development of our Company.

The year 2013 has just passed. It is an important year in the history of our Company, also a year of pride and joy for the people of China Decor. This year, our Company retained the esteemed titles of being top 100 in architecture and top 50 in design, and won seven awards, including the Outstanding Business Award and Excellent Design Institute award at the 20th anniversary of Beijing Construction Decoration Association. At the 2nd Science and Technology Conference held by China Décor, our Tian’anmen Square large LED screen project won technology demonstration project award, projects such as Beijing Hotel phase 2 and Peony Garden also won national best awards in construction and design, and our Company's interior decoration of Beijing Huaiyangfu Hotel was honored as a demonstration project of “EU-China Sustainable Building Interior Renovation and Decoration Initiative”. Besides pursuit of excellence in traditional business, our Company also tried to get involved in financial sector. We have set up Professional Financial Service Commission in Beijing Construction Decoration Association, and established a Scientific Financial Research Institute with strong support of China Building Decoration Association. This is an interdisciplinary innovation which will drive forward the whole construction industry, marking the perfect integration of traditional construction industry and financial sector. With solidarity and bold innovation, we spare no effort for the next five-year plan of the Company and have fulfilled a series of impressive achievements.

Facing the New Year, we are to compose a new magnificent chapter with our surging passion. As the New Year approaches, we are confronted with a new starting line, higher development goals, coexisting challenges and opportunities, intertwined passion and sweat. In this new journey of development, let's, under the strong leadership of all levels and with the help of the community, stay focused and march forward with pioneering passion, innovative thinking, intrepid fighting spirit and efficient down-to-earth working manner, so as to create an even brighter future for our Company.
