China Decoration Held 2014 Consultation Meeting for Social Title Assessment

In order to promote company employees’ conscious learning and enhance the overall quality of the workforce through continuous improvement of employees’ personal qualities, and provide greater convenience for employees participating in the title examination, China National Decoration Co., Ltd organized a consultation meeting for “2014 Social Title Assessment” in its multi-function room at the headquarters on October 31st, 2013. This meeting was hosted by the company’s project management department and coordinated by the human recourse department. Mr. Gao Jian and Mr. Sun Xuhe, Director and Associate Director of Vocational Assessment Committee of Beijing Construction Decoration Association were invited as key guest speakers. Besides, a teacher of Beijing Education Examinations Authority gave detailed descriptions and analyses on issues such as policies, reporting conditions, examination scope, and cross-disciplinary exams.

At the meeting, Mr. Guan Zhuowei, Deputy General Manager and Deputy Chief Engineer of the company, offered an explicit explanation of the importance of vocational certificate to personal career development by vivid and humorous stories and encouraged employees to actively register and go all out to achieve good results. Mr. Gu Jin, Executive Director of HR Department, praised Project Management Department for its accurate understanding of employees’ needs, and their active work on improvement of professional quality of all employees, and commented that there would be more multidimensional training services for grass-root workers in the future.

In the warm atmosphere during the consultation meeting, more than 50 people from headquarters, branch offices, and project departments presented at the meeting and exchanged their ideas with instructors on what they concern about.
