The Company Strengthened Inspection Efforts to Ensure Safe and Civilized Construction

In September 26th, the Engineering Department and Security Department of head office carried out a “special inspection for safe production before festivals” for the cultural relic restoration program in the Dazhalan Quanyechang (Beijing Quanyechang), which is being constructed by the first branch office. The inspection was aimed to further strengthen production safety management efforts and eliminate safety hazards. Managerial personnel mainly inspected the management standards for CI image, the safety education for constructors and the situation of civilized construction. They also identified potential safety hazards. They required the branch office to strengthen the supervision for construction site and strictly perform the safety management measures, and eliminate the phenomenon of “commanding against rules, operating against rules and violating labor disciplines”.

Beijing Dazhalan Quanyechang Project is located in Dazhalan district in the west outside Beijing Zhengyang Gate. The construction land is a long and narrow north-south land parcel between Front Gate West River Side Street and Langfang 1st Alley, with a construction area of 7,059 square meters. The project is a cultural relic restoration project designed by AREP (a company of France) and undertaken by our company.

The project belongs to cultural relic restoration projects and is specially located in the bustling downtown of Front Gate Dazhalan. Therefore, the transportation of materials is inconvenient and construction period is short. In order to ensure quality and construction period, the first branch office divided the construction sections for flow work, controlled key routes and adopted the methods of layering, segmentation and subcontracting. The first branch office strictly supervised the production processes and strengthened safety protection, so that the construction site was in good order, winning general recognition from construction units.
