Agency Agreement Signed Between Meihe Paint and China Decoration

In order to fully strengthen and enhance centralized procurement and trading platform of China National Decoration Co., Ltd, and to constantly expand our market share, China Decoration and Hebei MeiHe Paint Co. Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement in CHINA DÉCOR Tower on the morning of July 15th, 2013. Following the principles of reciprocity and mutual benefit, closer cooperation and common development, two parties thoroughly and frankly exchanged their ideas on measures to cope with crisis and challenges and to achieve reciprocity and mutual benefit. Chairman Li Jiefeng, Mr. Hou Yu, Deputy General Manager, and Mr. Hou Lihua, Chief Engineer of our company, as well as Mr. Li Yanqiu, Chairman and Mrs. He Yuzhen, Chief Sales Officer(CSO) of Meihe Paint attended the agreement signing ceremony. Mr. Wu Guoxing, President, and Mr. zhang Yansheng, Vice-President and Mr. GuoRenzhi of Beijing Construction Decoration Association (BCDA), together with other industrial professionals, witnessed the signing ceremony as invited guests.
