China Decor Organized Employees to Receive Comprehensive Vocational Training

In accordance with the company’s training plan for the “2013 Management Year”, China Decor specially organized a lecture of “'Elite Training’ of China Decor” for the employees on the first business day after the Spring Festival, so as to further improve the company’s overall image, enhance the employees’ overall professional ethics and enable employees to engage in the future work with more enthusiasm and spiritual outlook.

The lecture was hosted by Teacher Xu from the Human Resources Department. During the lecture, Teacher Xu gave a simple and profound explanation on the corporate culture, the corporate core values, the enterprise development and other aspects through a series of targeted and strategic cases, making employees benefit a lot. This lecture aims at stimulating and observing the employees’ mindsets, exploring their potentials inwardly, identifying their possibilities outwardly, enhancing their mobility, executive ability and their senses of responsibility and mission, making their values consistent with the corporate culture and grow with the development of the enterprise, and enabling the enterprise to develop healthily and sustainably.

At present, the key for an enterprise to succeed lies in the utilization of talents, and the competition between enterprises is the competition for talents. Therefore, to stand in an invincible position in the competition, the enterprise must do a good job in reserving talents and conducting development planning. Moreover, as the values commonly abided by the enterprise employees, the corporate culture plays an irreplaceable role, and therefore, the recognition of the corporate culture should be emphasized during the employee training. The corporate culture should be combined with the requirements of the times to make the employee training develop from the passive training required by the daily management system to the active training required by the employees themselves, which is also the fundamental guarantee for the success of the enterprise.
