Illuminated by Green Decoration, Lize & China Decoration March Hand in Hand.

On November 2nd of 2012, accompanied by Wang Jianzhong, Vice President of Beijing Building Decoration Association, Li Jiefeng, Chairman and general manager of China Decoration, and Li Qiaoying, General Secretary of Environmental Committee, officials of Building & Construction Authority of Singapore visited the in-construction Lize financial business zone in Fengtai District, Beijing.

Li Jiefeng, Chairman of China Decoration accompanied Singapore guests and leaders from Beijing Building Decoration Association and Fengtai District Government to visit the City Planning Exhibition Hall of Fengtai.

To popularize the concept of green building, strengthen research and international exchange of green building standards, Beijing Building Decoration Association signed a memorandum of understanding on green building projects with Building & Construction Authority of Singapore last March. For a better understanding of the popularization and application of green architectural technology in the Lize financial business zone of Fengtai District, officials of Building & Construction Authority of Singapore were invited to Lize business area for visits and in-depth exchanges by the Beijing Building Decoration Association and Fengtai District Government. As the industry’s best advocate and promoter of green building, China Decoration took part in this activity. Through continuous exploration and practice on new materials and technologies, China Decoration will contribute its efforts for the cause of environmental protection.

【News Background】Beijing Lize financial business district is located between the second and the third West ring of Beijing. Covering an area of 8.09 square kilometers, it is the last piece of scale for development within the third ring. Lize financial business zone was included in the capital’s “One Major, One Minor, Three New and Four Background” financial sector development planning, and was identified as the new space for financial development. It will be built as a financial center, an emerging area of financial institutions and financial market, a gathering area corporate headquarters and financial intermediation services.
