Strategic Cooperation Agreement Signed Between China Decoration and Qingzhou

September 7th of 2012 witnessed a signing ceremony themed “Cooperation, Mutual-win & Development” hosted by Beijing Construction Decoration Association in China Architecture Design & Research Institute. Those present at the ceremony include Mr. Li Bingren, President of China Building Decoration Association (CBDA), Mr. Liu Xiaoyi, Vice President and Secretary General of CBDA, Mr. Zeng Juequn, Chief Engineer of Bureau of Housing and Urban-rural Development of Liaoning Province, office leaders of Beijing Housing and Urban-rural Construction Committee, Mr. You Da, President of Liaoning Decoration Association, Mr. Wang Zongli, Honorary President of BCDA, Mr. Wu Guoxing, Presidnet of BCDA, Mr. Jing Guozhong, President of Pinggu Building Decoration Association and head of other entities. At the ceremony, Strategic Cooperation Agreements were signed between China National Decoration Co., Ltd and Beijing Qingzhou Decoration Co., Ltd, which signifies the strategic cooperation ties established between two parties, representing innovative cooperation between an industrial decoration enterprise and home decoration one.

At the signing ceremony, as witnessed by leaders of decoration associations and delegates of decoratin enterprises, Mr. Li Jiefeng, Chairman of the Board of Directors of China Decoration and Mr. Chen Geng, his counterpart from Qingzhou Decoration, formally signed the agreements, laying a new milestone for the in-depth cooperation between the two companies and for the development of China’s decoration industry. The agreements stress all-round cooperation between the two parties on the basis of strength complementation, and establishment of “joint procurement center of green construction materials for China’s decoration industry, as to promote transformation and upgrading of China’s building decoration industry. The agreements also stipulate cooperation between two parties in key issues such as establishment, routine business and program operation with regard to the procurement center.

Qingzhou Decoration is decoration design and construction enterprise of famous brand, featured in low-carbon technology with great achievement in home decoration field, while China Decoration has accumulated rich experience in industrial decoration. The agreements between two parties also create good opportunity for mutual promotion and mutual benefits, and serve as a bridge between two enterprises for cooperation and precedence for collaboration between enterprises in decoration industry.

During the signing ceremony, leaders of associations and enterprises gave high remarks concerning the agreements between the two companies. They all regarded this as a fruitful cooperation between decoration enterprises, which will help realize strength complementation and resource sharing between companies and lay a solid foundation for better development of decoration industry and create much more promising future for the whole industry.
