Cooperation Agreement between China National Decoration Co., Ltd. and Harbin Dubang Decoration Material Development Co., Ltd.

On June 6th, 2012, the signing ceremony of the Cooperation Agreement between China National Decoration Co., Ltd. (“China Decor”) and Harbin Dubang Decoration Material Development Co., Ltd. (“Harbin Dubang”) was held in the conference room of our company. China Decor’s Chairman Li Jiefeng, Deputy General Manager Wu Lie, and Deputy Chief Engineer Lu Mingjun, Harbin Dubang’s General Manager Zeng Shubin, and An Bo who is in charge of China Decor Beijing branch attended this signing ceremony.

The Parties reached a consensus on the cooperation project and businesses of future development on site. On the ceremony, Chairman Li, on behalf of China Decor, expressed our warm welcome to all the distinguished representatives from Harbin Dubang, and made a speech on the successfully signed Cooperation Agreement and future development of the cooperation project. The Parties agreed to realize complementary advantages and win-win development based on the new opportunity and starting point of the cooperation.

Harbin Dubang is a key decoration material research and production company with advanced material production equipment. The thermal insulation material used for external wall decoration has been successfully researched and developed by our company and Harbin Dubang and is characterized by heat preservation and integrated replication, which has made a breakthrough in the domestic history with no fire-proof organic materials for external wall and filled the gap with no domestic Level A fire-proof thermal insulation materials for external wall. This kind of material greatly reduces the material cost, and is easy for installation, environmental friendly, reliable and secure and conforms to Chinese Level AA standard of thermal insulation decoration board for external wall. Currently, it is recommended to use this product as thermal insulation material for external wall. China Decor will leverage on the Agreement as a new starting point and strive to make the decoration material industry leaner, stronger, larger and more professional.

The cooperation between China Decor and Harbin Dubang complies with the life trend of green, environmental protection and low carbon and will make due contributions to promoting the green and environmental protection work of building decoration industry!
