On the afternoon of March 24, the China Decoration Co., Ltd invited Teacher Xu Rui from the Shenzhen Zhongxu Education Group to offer the Pragmatic Management Training in the multifunctional hall, which was actively participated by middle managers and staff from all departments.

Teacher Xu delivered a splendid speech on how to build the team cohesion and executive ability, how to use the results as the standard of testing the management performance, as well as how to resolve internal responsibility management, etc. The pertinent, practical and enlightening speech, especially the vivid “Attitude is everything”, “The result is the sole criterion for evaluation of the existence value”, etc. earned the consistent high praise from participants. The orderly training was under a warm atmosphere from the start to the end.
