Mr. Li Attended the 2nd Session of 7th Council of CBDA

The 2nd session of the 7th council of China Building Decoration Association (CBDA) was successfully convened in the hall of the 1st floor of Beijing National Convention Center at 9:00AM on December 21st, 2011, which relevant leaders, representatives of decoration enterprises and media attended, including Mr. Li Jiefeng, chairman of board of directors of China National Decoration Co., Ltd, presenting the meeting as a vice president of CBDA. The meeting lasted for a day, comprised of 2 parts, a “symposium on creating learning enterprise” and “report of the 2nd session of the 7th council”.

The symposium was held on the morning of that day and presided over by Mr. Deng Qianzhi, Chief Editor of China Construction News Agency, where Professor Huang Xinjing, chief specialist for enterprise education program of the nation’s 12th 5-year plan, consultant for R&D of founding learning enterprise of the nation’s 12th 5-year plan delivered a lecture themed “on Learning – Power of unconventional thinking”, and Professor Li Wei made a report on “Innovation and Economic Growth in 12th 5-year Plan”, in which he elaborated currency policy and national economy, price rocketing of ferrolite and petroleum, all stirring the participants’ deep thought.

At 13:30 in the afternoon, the second session started as scheduled. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Li Bingren, President of CBDA. First of all, Mr. Liu Xiaoyi, Secretary of CBDA, gave a report on “2011’s Work of Secretariat of CBDA” covering financial publication, preventing and controlling corruption, curbing times of meetings but have high-quality meeting, and reducing expense of meeting and cancellation of annual secretary meeting. Mr. Li Bingren read the official reply from HR Division of Ministry of Housing and Urban-rural Development; Mr. Liu Xiaoyi read proposals on appointing 5 comrades vice presidents for 7th council of CBDA and on appointing principals for 8 branches of construction commission of BDA; Mr. Deng Qian read the proposal on “readjusting membership of the 7th council of CBDA”. In the end, a vote was performed to pass the work report and the 3 proposals.
