“Excellence Leadership Review” Work Summary and Arrangeme

Recently, the party committee of Sino Decor held the first stage work summary and second stage work start-up meeting for the “Excellence Leadership Review” program. Chairman Li Jiefeng attended the meeting.

This meeting mainly summarized the first stage work of the party committee’s “Excellence Leadership Review Program” and arranged the implementation solutions for work in the second stage.

In accordance with the deployment requirements of the central party committee and the party committee of the Zhongyi Group on leadership review of excellence in the excellence leadership review activity and in combination with the actual situations of the company, the first stage work centered on promotion of central work of the group company, resolution of practical issues, excitation of the intrinsic cohesive force and motive power among enterprise party members, activists, youth league members and the general public, as well as the central tasks, development goals and key work of all departments. In addition, the review also stressed function tasks of units and responsibilities of party members and was combined with the day of party member activity, regular organization activity, survey and supervision, year-end summary, job rating, leaders’ reports on work as well as other regular tasks. It adhered to the principle of reviewing what was done and adopted flexible review modes, such as collective review, individual review, site review and random review so as to carry out leadership review in routine work and life by action. Party members of the company took the lead to learn technologies on their posts, strengthen their abilities and create excellence, and worked hard to bring up a high quality workforce. Furthermore, the excellence activity was also connected with previous excellence activities of the party committee and party members to integrate with, enhance, deepen and innovate regular party building work. As a result, the excellence work of the party organizations drove the excellence activity of the whole company, resulting in the resultant force and atmosphere that all members of the company worked hard to be excellent. Meanwhile, the pointedness and timeliness of the review was also strengthened and the excellence activity and the scientific development of the enterprise were integrated, which effectively promoted comprehensive development of all businesses of the company.

Through the learning and survey in the first stage, all party branches and party members set the excellence goal of “striving hard to be excellent on their posts and in daily work” against the requirements of “being excellent in five aspects and taking the lead in five aspects”. They carried out self-examination of problems, analysis of causes with help of others, detailing and decomposition of countermeasures and public commitments to excellence to make all party members have a better understanding of learning and work direction, targets and requirements, laying a solid ideological and theoretical foundation for conscientious fulfillment of committed items in combination with public commitments and excellence targets and for extensive implementation of party spirit education, post dedication, serving the general public and other activities.

At the meeting, Chairman Li Jiefeng fully acknowledged the first stage “Excellence Leadership Review” work and meanwhile put forward good suggestions on work in the next stage. He encouraged all party members and activists to carry forward the excellence activity in the spirit of “being excellent in five aspects and taking the lead in five aspects from the following five aspects: 1. To continue reinforcing policy theory study and publicity and implementation and establish good common practice; 2. To drive improvement of the work style with a sound atmosphere of study and realize progress and leap on one’s post; 3. To promote construction of party conduct and an honest and clean government and carry out personnel assessment as well as other hotspot work in the group and company to realize mutual supervision and mutual progress; 4. To continue combining the excellence activity with software and hardware of the company by making use of the public billboards, company website and other resources to achieve real-time publicity and implementation, and meanwhile facilitate branding construction of the company; 5. To keep combining the excellence activity with the year-end targets of the company and personal assessment of post workers, strengthening the exemplary roles of party members and activists and pushing forward scientific and sustainable development of party building work and the enterprise. Chairman Li also emphasized that basic level party committees were soul wealth of an enterprise and that management and development of an enterprise required strengthening of the soul project.

All party member representatives at the meeting expressed what they had learned and stated that they would continue bringing into play the advanced banner role of party members in future work by carrying forward party conduct, promoting party building and carrying out all work in a solid manner.

With arrival of 2011, our group company enters into a year of rapid development and all work is in full preparation. Ever since start of the excellence activity, the company has always adopted enterprise-specific measures, stressed key points, continued pushing forward the excellence activity and made some achievements. Nevertheless, there is still a gap in terms of the requirements of the higher authorities and the trends of future reform and development. In future activities, the party committee of the company will take “excellence” as the target requirement for party organizations and party members and as a significant carrier of the party building work of state-owned enterprises. It aims to keep enhancing the political leading strength, promoting development force, reform creativity and cohesion safeguard strength of the party committee of the enterprise and realize a leap of party members’ political caliber, job qualification, job performance and evaluation of the masses with several years’ efforts. Meanwhile, it will grasp development opportunities of the company, conscientiously plan and implement work in the next stage and create a sound environment for advance and development of the company.
