Association Holds a Meeting of Fourth Board

On the afternoon of July 14, 2010, Beijing Construction Decoration Association (BCDA) held a meeting of its fourth board of directors in Beijing Bao Lin Xuan International Hotel. Chairman Mr. Wu, Vice-chairman and Secretary-general Shi Lan, Vice-chairman Guo Renzhi, Huang Feili, former Chairman Mr. Zhu, Mr. Jia, various enterprise vice-chairmen and representatives of executive members were present at the meeting. President Li Jiefeng also attended the meeting.
The meeting mainly discussed the fifth personnel change-related issues with the main contents as follows:
1. Reviewing “The Work Report of the Fourth Academician Representative Assembly of BCDA”
2. Reviewing “The Work Report of the Fourth Board of Supervisors of BCDA”
3. Reviewing “The Work Report of the Fourth Board of Directors of BCDA”
4. Reviewing “The List of Nominated Candidates for the Fifth Board of Directors of BCDA”
At the meeting, the said reports were reviewed, and the proposal was discussed and passed by a unanimous vote (with the number of attendees in excess of two thirds of that of members of the board of directors). The meeting ended in a tense but pleasant atmosphere.
