Address at Chinese New Year

On the occasion of Chinese New Year, the President of China National Decoration Co., Ltd. with all the staff hereby gives the best regards and wishes to friends in all circles of the society and those still working in holidays.

During the New Year holiday, each subsidy and engineering department shall strengthen safety and security work on construction sites, conduct safety education to those performing duties on sites, and strengthen fire protection patrol to prevent any fire disaster brought by fireworks and firecrackers.

Each year end will be the period when the problem of salary distribution to rural migrant workers concentrates. In order to fundamentally solve the problem of salary arrearage, the Head Office conducts a special inspection on salary distribution to rural migrant workers, during which officers of the Company seriously implement all policies on salary distribution to migrant workers as issued by Beijing Capital Construction Commission and Beijing Municipal People's Government and assign special personnel for supervision and implementation to solve the salary arrearage problem and prevent any large mass disturbance due to salary arrearage and to ensure proper distribution of salary to rural migrant workers, so as to render workers to have a happy Chinese new year and duly contribute to harmonious social order during Spring Festival of 2010.
