Chairman Li Jiefeng is interviewed by journalist from China

In the end, Li Jiefeng also made a prospect on development direction of the Company in the next years, from which it could be seen that he kept optimistic to prospect of decoration industry and the Company. Recently, Li Jiefeng (Chairman & General Manager of China National Decoration Co., Ltd.) was interviewed by journalist from China Construction News, which was one of a series of interviews made by China Construction News on “Thirty Years Development of China Building Decoration Industry”. In the interview, Li Jiefeng introduced history of China National Decoration Co., Ltd., and a series of reform after the new management team led by Li Jiefeng took the posts, including perfection of organizational structure, reform of old rules, enterprise brand and image construction, readjustment of office environment, HR adjustment, and enterprise culture construction etc. In addition, innovation in development concept had also been introduced, such as planning to undertake aircraft decoration projects, and preparing to establish China National Decoration (Beijing) Charity Foundation etc.
