The market size increased from 17.5 billion yuan in 2018 to 344 billion yuan in 2022. According to the research report of Industrial Securities, the size of the prefabricated decoration market will reach 632.7 billion yuan in 2025, and the development prospects are broad.

Zhang Xiaoxi said Hubei Province in 2023 completed construction output value ranked fourth in the country, an increase of 7.8%. The project is located in the Jiangan District of Wuhan, with a total construction area of 152,000 square meters, consisting of 8 residential buildings and 1 commercial building, with a height of 99 meters. The project adopts assembled shear wall structure, insulation decoration integrated board, dry floor and wall, integrated kitchen and bath, pipeline separation and other industrial construction technology, the assembly rate reaches the highest national level AAA (5#, 7# building reached 91%), the proportion of factory production components reached 84%, all meet the green construction star standard.
