Boeing (USA) declared recently that it is trying one kind of environmentally-friendly airplane paint and is planning to use this chrome-free paint on all airplanes in the future.
It’s disclosed in the news report released by Boeing recently that a 777 airplane delivered to Netherlands Royal Airline is coated with this kind of environmentally-friendly airplane paint.
Boeing intends to use this paint on 14 airplanes of all types. Boeing is also planning to use this paint on all airplanes to be produced in the future.
It’s introduced by Boeing that the chrome-free paint not only has less harm on the environment, but also makes unnecessary the special procedure of processing the paint at special venue after rejection of airplane.
