On September 27, 2010, Beijing Building Decoration Association and Singapore Construction Authority jointly held the "China - Singapore Green Building Forum - 2010 'Beijing" activity.

Mr. Xu Linji, Director of International Development of Singapore Construction Authority, Mr. Zheng Jiasun, Chief Operating Officer of Singapore Chamber of Commerce and Industry and head of Singapore delegation, and a total of 34 members of Singapore delegation attended the meeting; Beijing Building Decoration Association President Wu Guoxing and chief engineer Jia Zhongchi and the association backbone enterprise leaders, executives and designers more than 80 people attended the meeting.

Our chairman and general manager Comrade Li Jiefeng was also invited to attend the meeting. Six Singapore industry experts, including Dr. Uma and Dr. Gao Chunping, delivered speeches on "Ecological Planning and Sustainable Development", "Green Building Label of Singapore and Singapore Government's Policy on Climate Change", "Green Building Concept", building examples that have won the Green Label Award of Singapore Construction Authority and green property management examples of commercial buildings.

Through the forum, we learned about Singapore's green building evaluation system and the government's relevant policies to promote the development of green buildings. Learn and share the successful experience of green building in Singapore; The sustainable development concept of energy saving, emission reduction, low carbon and environmental protection is discussed. The path of cooperation between the two sides has been explored.

The success of this forum has laid a foundation for more extensive cooperation and exchanges between the two sides and achieved a win-win goal. Promoting the development of green buildings is the common goal of China and New Zealand, and we will work together for the development of green buildings!
