Today is the 1st Anniversary of May 12th Wenchuan Earthquake, which was an extremely grave natural disaster cause serious death and injury of people and tremendous damage of property, where also emerged large number of moving stories during quake rescue and relief, fully serving as a manifesto of charitable character of tenacity, perseverance, and self-dependence of Chinese people. With selfish aid from all walks of the society, reconstruction of the disaster-struck region is smoothly carried out.

As a nationally renowned decoration enterprise, China Decoration should assume its due social responsibilities. On the second day of the quake, the company had a donation activity themed “Love the World & Aid by Heart” as to make its due contribution to quake rescue and relief. Today, 1 year after the quake, is also the first opening day for newly reconstructed Sichuan Museum. China Decoration donated 200,000 Yuan to the museum to support cultural cause of the disaster-hit region, to express the company’s good will. This is also the first donation during the company’s preparation for founding of China Decoration Charity Fund. We expect that Sichuan Museum can provide more cultural & spiritual nourishment to Sichuan people.
