2007 is the 12th year after initiation of “Happiness Program – Action to Aid Mothers in Poverty” Campaign sponsored by China Population Welfare Foundation, China Family Planning Association and China Population News Agency. This campaign is carried through in 29 provinces, direct municipalities and autonomous regions, which has offered aid to 170,000 mothers in poverty and their families.

On May 25th, China National Decoration Co., Ltd organized its employees to donate money for the campaign.
