China National Decoration Co., Ltd Holds the 2019 Annual Work Summary Meeting And the 2020 First Quarter Work Planning Meeting

On January 10, 2020, the China National Decoration Co., Ltd held the 2019 Annual Work Summary Meeting and the 2020 First Quarter Work Planning Meeting on the honor room on the first floor. The meeting was chaired by the Director of the Joint Office, Wang Rui, Chairman Li Jiefeng, the company's executive team, the company's middle management and operating backbone participated in the meeting.

At the beginning of the meeting, heads of each department made a detailed report on the completion of their work in 2019, areas that needed improvement and the work plan for 2020. Mainly focusing on the aspects of business management, financial revenue and expenditure, business development, staffing, and material adjustments in the past year, everyone boldly asked questions, strove to identify existing issues and pro-actively analyzed the reasons, making sure that both good news and bad news are reported. The content of the report is based on facts and accurate data analysis, which effectively reflects the company's actual operating status and has been unanimously affirmed by Chairman Li and the senior management team.

Subsequently, each member of the senior management team, respectively, reviewed their work completion status. Everyone agreed that, although this year we have encountered some difficulties in operations, but the whole company is united and has been hard-working, as a result, we have achieved fairly stable business development, which are inseparable from everyone's tireless efforts. It's also hoped that in the new year, all employees can show more enthusiasm and energy, strengthen inter-sectoral collaboration, take the company’s benefits as priority and make more dedication, complain less, work together to help the company get rid of disadvantages.

On behalf of all shareholders and members of the board of directors of the company, Mr. Li fully affirmed and sincerely thanked everyone for their hard work over the past year. He mentioned that in 2019 the international relationships were very intense, we had witnessed a serious domestic economic downturn; under this harsh environment, the China National Decoration was able to maintain normal operations which is inseparable from the efforts of all employees. Looking at the development process of the China National Decoration in recent years, the achievements are gratifying, but the problems are also obvious. Chairman Li took the initiative to take the responsibility and recognized the problems. At the same time, he said that 2020 has arrived and the company will carry out corresponding adjustments and continue to streamline resources. All employees should take the initiative to seek change, adjust personal feelings and concentrate on working together to help the company achieve better development in the new year.
