Li Jiefeng Attended the 2nd Session of the 6th Council Meeting of Beijing Building Decoration Association.

On January 13th, the 2nd session of the 6th council meeting of Beijing Building Decoration Association was held in a very ceremonious way in Beijing Gehua New Century Hotel. Over 200 people attended the meeting including Li Jiefeng, the chairman of Beijing Building Association and Chairman of China Decoration Co., Ltd., Wang Zongli and Wu Guoxing, the members of the expert panel, Zhang Jishi (Deputy Executive Chairman), Su Guoyi and Gao Jian (vice chairman) and council member enterprises etc. The meeting was hosted by Zhang Jishi, the executive vice chairman of Beijing Building Decoration Association.

In the meeting, Report on 2015 Work Summary and 2016 Work Plan made by Li Jiefeng and 2015 Financial Report of Beijing Building Decoration Association made by Su Guoyi, the vice chairman, were reviewed and approved. The proposal of adjusting and adding the members of the 6th council has been approved in principle. It is decided in the meeting to add Beijing Chengjian Shengang Building Decoration Co., Ltd as the vice chairman institution, Beijing Gangyuan Curtain Wall Co., Ltd and Beiijng Huakai Building Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd as executive members of the council and another 7 enterprises as council members such as Beijing Spring Building Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd and Beijing San Yue Yu Cultural Broadcast Co., Ltd. etc.

In the meeting, by focusing on the topic on how building decoration enterprises conduct technological management and innovation against the background of new normal development situations, the leaders, experts and entrepreneurs present had in-depth interaction with each other. In addition, the qualification review documents of 2015 Beijing senior engineering technology level (in building decoration design and construction) and middle level building decoration designer and trophy has been presented to senior engineers and common engineers who have passed the review.

Li Jiefeng pointed out that 2015 was the concluding year of the 12th five-year plan and a key year of deepening reform. 2016 is the opening year of the 13th five-year plan of China as well as a key year for Chinese economic profound adjustment and transformation after entering the period of “new normalcy”. Under new situations, there will be newer and stricter requirements for the association work. In order to coordinate related governmental institutions to conduct well industrial management and guide industrial development, we should always regard these as our starting points and objectives of all our work including shifting thinking modes, innovating work modes, expanding service modes, paying close attention to ordinary people’s livelihood, serving enterprises and society etc.

Li Jiefeng emphasized that in order to adapt to the work paces of our association under the new situations, the association has proposed the guideline of “2 Integrations” on the foundation of “6 awarnesses and 7 service platforms”. The “2 Integrations” mean the integration of service objectives and supervisory functions, integration of industrial stance and think tank functions.

On the basis of 2015 work summary, Li Jiefeng said the association would focus on the following work aspects. First, strengthen institutional construction, clarify on work duties. Second, strengthen self-construction and improve management. Third, adapt to “new normalcy” and usher in healthy industrial development. Fourth, strengthen brand construction and forge enterprise image. Fifth, strengthen talent construction and organize different forms of training and learning. Sixth, improve the role of academic committee, executive vice chairman joint meeting, enterprise development institute and bring into full play the functions of all departments. Seventh, strengthen member management and provide high-quality services to member enterprises. Eighth, focus on formulation and perfection of green standards. In the meeting, Li Jiefeng not only made detailed plans for 2016 but also made important deployments for 2017 and even 2018 work.

At last, Wang Zongli delivered an important speech as a special guest. He firstly congratulated on the success of this meeting and proposed new expectations of the future work of Beijing Building Decoration Association under the leadership of Chairman Li Jiefeng.
