“Strengthen Safety Legal System, Guarantee Safety Production”

——China Decor launched the activity of “2015 safety production month”.

In order to thoroughly implementing the related national safety policies, faithfully implement the important instruction and spirit on safety production by Xi Jinping, the General Secretary of Chinese Central Government and foster a strong atmosphere inside the company “Safety management is every one’s responsibility”, after research by the company’s senior executives, it is decided to hold the activity of safety production month with the theme of “ Strengthen safety legal system, guarantee safety production” widely in the company from June 1st to June 30th 2015 to enhance the safety production and management level and ensure the smooth execution of safety production.

According to the requirements proposed in the activity mobilization conference, the activity will center on the theme and will be carried out with pertinence and in phases. Firstly, thoroughly troubleshoot all potential safety hazards. Organize all the project departments to launch a thorough safety inspection, self-verification and self-remedying of latent dangers of accident, get rid of potential accident dangers, all the spotted potential hazards will be completely rectified with time limit by clarifying on the standard and person in charge. Secondly, hold desktop emergency drill. On the basis of electric shock forecast and prevention, the goal of preventing any accident before it happens and dealing with the contingency correctly and rapidly can be achieved. The safety awareness of all the departments’ management staffs can be enhanced and the safety production principle of “Safety First, Prevention First, Comprehensive Handling” can be further consolidated. Thirdly, launch safety production accident caution education and publicity safety legal system. Consolidate and improve the safety legal system awareness of the project manager and safety supervisor and enhance the awareness of fire safety of the vast employees. Fourthly, implement well 2015 flood prevention and control. All the subsidiaries shall make a thorough verification within their domain. Complete examination, troubleshooting, sorting and dredging shall be made in key flood prevention and control spots, key locations and storage places for various dangerous goods so as to ensure flood control measures are available and facilities are well-equipped. Fifthly, reinforce the safety management on cross-operation. Clarify on safety management responsibility of all project departments and right safety measures, which should be implemented faithfully by specially-assigned people, with the purpose of preventing strictly any production safety accident from happening.

With the launch of “Safety Production Month”, the concept of human orientation and safety development has been broadcasted all over the company, the safety emergency plan system has improved and safety production responsibility has been further carried out. After the activity was over, the company appraised all project departments through comparison. Certain award was granted to the three places namely “Phase Three Expansion Project of Yangzhou Guest Greeting Building” by the 9th branch company, “6 elite decoration projects including No. A office building” by Fanda project department and the internal maintenance project of “No. 7 building of Beijing Conference Center”. Meanwhile, the projects with major potential safety hazards and halfway rectification have been exposed in the company and punished including the decoration project of PAP Corps History Building, elite decoration project of Fuyang Hailiang model flats and the related project department of Moon Temple Yaji project.
