“Safety Guarantees Production, Safety Promotes Development”

——China Decor held the “emergency desktop electric shock drill”.

In order to further enhance the awareness of safety precaution, strengthen the emergency coordination ability of the company headquarter and project departments and facing the unexpected electric shock accident in project department etc., our company held the emergence desktop electric shock drill in Beijing Yizhuang project department. Yu Zhiwu, the director of safety department from the headquarters, Yang Junjie, the safety supervisor from the headquarters, Chen Zufeng were present at the site. Zhao Guoli, the safety supervisor of the project department and the people in charge of all construction teams attended the drill.

Our company has made full preparations for the drill. According to the Emergency Drill Procedures for Project Management Team of China Decoration Joint Stock Co., Ltd., the drill includes accident discovery, accident alarming, accident reporting, emergency disposal and drill summary etc. As soon as the accident is spotted, the first discover shall organize other works to provide first aid to the personnel and report to the project manager or safety supervisor. The project manager shall make emergency call timely, make responses immediately depending on accident situations and report to the emergency commanding center of the headquarters about the accident. The company’s emergency commanding center shall activate contingency plan, notify all the professional team leaders to go to the spot, make due preparations and arrangements, safeguard the accident site and prevent any escalation and secondary harm. In the entire process of drill, the wounded have been timely and effectively granted first aid and rescue, the personal safety was guaranteed, the division of work has been clear-cut and everyone had their own responsibility. After the dill, all the participants discussed the problems spotted in the drill, put forward rectification advices for making improvements in next drill.

On the basis of electric shock forecast and prevention, this drill of emergency plan has achieved the goal of preventing accident before it happens and dealing with the contingency correctly and rapidly. Through this drill, the safety awareness of all the departments’ management staffs has been enhanced and the safety production principle of “Safety First, Prevention First, Comprehensive Handling” has been further consolidated.
