Training Should go Ahead of the Enterprise Development

Talent is the most fundamental as well as the most important resource for any enterprise. For every enterprise, how to turn “personnel” into “talent” is of vital importance and relates closely to the sustainable enterprise development.

Therefore, since the beginning of 2015 new year, the departments of China Decor has started to organize various profession-based and knowledge-based training courses. In such time as short as three months, over 10 training courses have been organized, including Amoeba operation launching speech, legal risks in the decoration industry and countermeasures, company brand and image building, system and procedures and information construction etc.

The enterprise competitiveness depends on if or not the employees are competitive and possess strong working abilities. The goal of enhancing the core enterprise competitiveness can be ultimately achieved by training and improving the employees.
