The Work Interview Meeting was Held Smoothly

On Jan 30th 2015, our company organized and held the work interview meeting for 2014 (hereinafter referred to as meeting or interview meeting). The meeting was divided into three groups respectively headed by Wu Lie, the company’s secretary of CPC committee, chairman of the labor union and executive director, Hou Yu, the executive deputy general manager and Guan Zuowei, the chief engineer to conduct group discussion with the employees from all the departments.

The meeting centered on and discussed many topics that the employees are very concerned including company development, remuneration and welfare, career planning and development, justice and equity mechanism, corporate culture etc. The employees from all the departments voiced their opinions based on their specific conditions. The senior executives and common employees had full interaction in an intense and warm atmosphere.

In order to listen truly to the employees’ difficulties and propositions in their daily work, the interview meeting was held in the form of a tea party to shorten the distance between the employees and leaders. Moreover, the administration office prepared various abundant fruits and refreshments, which can make the attendees to air their views freely in a relaxing atmosphere. This form of dialogue can not only enhance the interaction quality but also deepen the understanding and trust between the employees and leaders.

Through the interaction for nearly three hours, the opinions of the employees at different levels were fully exchanged and the employees deepened their understanding of their company. The meeting ended in a warm and auspicious atmosphere. After the meeting was concluded, the clerks of the three groups will summarize all the submitted questions in a written form and submit them to the leaders for review.
