The Sinodeco Held the 2014 Year-end Summary and Awarding Meeting

On the afternoon of Feb 13th 2015, the 2014 Year-end Summary and Awarding Meeting attended by all the staff and senior executives was held in the company’s multifunctional room In the meeting, the outstanding work and achievements of all the departments in 2014 was summarized and recalled.

The 2014 work has come to a happy termination. With the joint efforts of all the staff in 2014, the company has made brilliant achievements in various aspects. In the process, many departments and individuals made outstanding contributions. Through sufficient selection and deliberate appraisal, over 10 employees who have outstanding work performance were awarded.

Hou Yu, the executive deputy general manager made the 2014 work summary report in the substitute of Xing Jianlin, the general manager and summarized all the aspects of work including internal operation, team construction, informatization and institutionalization etc. He also pointed out that we have to make persistent efforts to deepen the executive force, enhance the creativity, bolster the unity, exert the initiative, increase the overall soft and hard ware strength and competitiveness and work hard for a more magnificent goal.

Li Jiefeng, the chairman, made an important speech in the meeting, sent his congratulations and encouragement to the awarded staff and gave higher requirements on the stable and healthy development of our company in 2015. He put forward the development idea “focus, persistence and change”. He proposed that the company will continue to expand and focus on the traditional architecture decoration, seek for perfection in project execution, forge ahead with determination, apply creatively the operation and management philosophy of “Amoeba”, change the organization chart and personnel structure to make the company enter a new fast development track.
