Mr. Li Attended 5th Session of 5th Joint Council of Executive Vice Presidents of BCDA

On April 27th, 2012, Beijing Construction Decoration Association (BCDA) held its 5th session of 5th Joint Council of Executive Vice Presidents at the headquarters of China Architecture Design Group Truebond Co., Ltd. BCDA’s leaders, including Mr. Wu Guoxing, President, Mr. Guo Renzhi, Mr. Wang Jianzhong, Mr. Zhang Jishi, 3 Vice Presidents, and Mr. Gao Jian, Deputy Secretary General, attended the session, where Mr. Li Jiefeng, Chairman of Board of Directors and General Manager of China National Decoration Co., Ltd and other Vice Executive Presidents also had presence.

First of all, there was a flag handover ceremony at the meeting, where Mr. Liu Zhen, Deputy General Manager of Libeiya Architectural Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd, host of the 4th session of Joint Council of BCDA, on behalf of Mr. Gao Jianlin, Executive President of Last Session, handed over the flag to Mr. Meng Jianguo, Chairman of Truebond Co., Ltd and Executive President of this session.

Topic covered in this session: 1. Report on recent work by Mr. Guo Renzhi; 2. Discussion of documents of this session (Amendment of Examinations for Vocational Title); 3. Revision of the Association’s website.

Key Jobs of the Association of this year is to offer satisfactory service to its member entities in accordance with specific work requirements on the basis of strengthened learning and improved awareness of all branches and departments of the Association. It will make great effort to establish and enhance its “6 platforms”. Such work as obtaining government’s support, jointly managing branches of the association, cooperating with China Building Decoration Association, centralized material procurement, financial investment service and all-round training must be put into places to benefit its members, industry and the whole society at large. Beside, a 7th platform for propaganda service is added in this session.

The participants had deep discussions on vocational title assessment, on the list of expert to be submitted and the outline of examination for vocational titles.

At the meeting, Mr. Li Jiefeng, Chairman of China National Decoration Co., Ltd and Mr. Wu Xi, Chairman of Qing shang Building Decoration Co., Ltd cut the ribbons for the new web opening of the association, which opened to the public on March 1st. on the new web, 2 new sections, industrial service and market service are added. Afterwards, Mr. Wang Jianzhong, Vice president of BCDA introduced the revision of the web.

In the end of the session, Mr. Wu Guoxing delivered a significant speech and called all members to make concerted effort to build a better association.
