Meeting Kicked off for Tech Exchange & VI Initiatives of Project Management

A meeting, launched in the headquarters of China National Decoration Co., Ltd lasted from 9am to 16:30pm on 15th of October, concerning technical exchange and VI initiatives during project management. The meeting was sponsored by project management department and production tech R&D Department, to which principals of all branches, designers, project managers, engineers, technicians and construction managers were all convened to discuss how the improve the overall management mechanism, specifically, how to reinforce management in terms of creating corporate culture and establishing the best brand to respond to the continuous change of market economy.

The meeting started after a speech delivered by Mr. Hou Yu, Standing Deputy General Manager of China Decoration, covering such topics as VI initiatives, construction method of installation suspended ceilings of light steel keel gypsum board and tiling of stone materials, deformation prevention of stone materials. The VI initiatives is designed to strengthen the company’s brand image, emphasizing the crucial importance of project management to the company, which not leads the course of the company’s development, but represents and spreads the brand value of China Decoration. In the meeting, it was mentioned that the original VI of the company was ungraded and amended, and that the headquarters, branches and project departments have completed their plans and designs concerning the VI upgrading.

Besides, China Decoration is actively exploring the application market for new tech and new materials, and continually developing new high-tech construction methods. To help to solve engineer’s and architects’ problems encountered in material selection and construction, to perfectly fulfill design purpose, to guarantee construction quality, to improve efficiency and to reduce material consumption, experts in China’s building decoration industry were invited to the meeting to answer questions with regard to design and construction of stone materials, manmade stones and vitrified bricks, and elaborated the construction process of suspended ceilings with light steel keel gypsum boards. The symposium was designed to reinforce horizontal communication between technicians from different branches of the enterprise, to explore the standard and development of construction technology, so as to improve the overall construction skills at large.

This technical exchange meeting held by China Decoration has innovative and creative significance, which promotes adoption of new materials in construction, improves the whole team’s ability in design development and construction. Meanwhile, it establishes a platform for tech exchange between branches, which helps to improve the overall tech management skills.
