Speech Contest of Excellent Contributions Concluded in Success

Excellent assays were finally decided after meticulous selection and assessment of all contributions by Contribution and Speech Contest Steering Group of China National Decoration Co., Ltd. In late May of 2014, a speech contest was staged where selected writers illustrated to employees of all departments in text and pictures the development progress and enterprise culture they had seen and experienced,

especially to those newly enrolled ones, and expressed their own feelings concerning how to be responsible and to convey positive and constructive energy during performing their duties. Some accounted erstwhile or ongoing moving stories that known or unknown to others, and some recall their historical struggle and achievements so as to make all employees aware that current prosperity of the company can’t be achieved in the absence of predecessor’s diligence and industry. On the spot for award granting, representatives of department winners passionately told their team stories on stage. By this event, they demonstrated their own rhetoric caliber and charisma and spirit of teams.

This activity makes employees understand their own team and know the stories of other teams as well, and arouses their awareness of the importance of sense of responsibility indispensible to get their job done, so as to create positive energy for the development of the company.
