——Financial Service Commission of BCDA Held a Meeting in Beijing

On April 7th, Financial Service Commission (FSC) of Beijing Construction Decoration Association (BCDA) held a meeting in Wofo (Sleeping-Buddha) Hillside Hotel. All members under FSC attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Mr. Li Jiefeng, President of China National Decoration Co., Ltd & Director of FSC, described the prospect of FSC. He pointed out that decoration industry covers extensive fields such as design, material, labor, service, science & technology and finance, etc. Moreover, he said, as the industry grows, there is higher demand for professionalism of business operation and practitioners of this industry; meanwhile, as the industrial needs for financial service increase, such problems as lack of credit product and limitation of financing channel become increasingly sharper; FSC of BCDA, he cited, as a bridge and tie linking association and enterprise, and enterprise and financial agencies, shall promote communication and cooperation between banks and enterprise in this industry with regard to financial service, reinforce its coordination and service capacity and establish a financing service platform. Besides, he mentioned, FSC shall cater to building decoration industry and up & down streams of the industry, and provide capital support for conversion of innovations in design, material and new construction technique, and assist member s of BCDA to participate in market competition as to release more economic potential. The commission, he added, shall actively launch all kinds of public trade assessment campaigns, and input more in training and reservation of financial service personnel in decoration industry in order to gradually improve their financial service capability and management skills. At the meeting, Mr. Li and other members warmly discussed many topics including FSC’s department setup, duties of each position, customer service process, financing product development, where many reasonable suggestions came out.

The meeting concluded as Mr. Li made some arrangements for FSC’s forthcoming task. This meeting, he cited, was successful and innovative. He expected that all members could take FSC’s development plans formulated during this meeting as guidelines during work, promote effective communication between enterprises and integrate resources of different stakeholders to offer timely and efficient financial products and service, and to promote coordinated and mutually beneficial development of decoration industry.
