Quality/Environment/OSH Management Systems Reconstruction Meeting Convened

On April 22nd of 2014, China National Decoration Co., Ltd (China Decoration) convened a meeting regarding reconstruction of its Quality, Environment and Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) Management Systems in its B2 multi-purpose hall, where 3 certification consultancy experts presented and offered on-spot instructions. Managers of related departments of the company also attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Mr. Xin Jianlin, General Manager of the company, defined the purpose, significance and requirements for reconstruction of 3 management systems. Reconstruction of management systems and process served the need for standardization of relevant national and industrial systems, for the company’s business operation and growth and for implementation of standards for certification. By reconstruction of 3 management systems, requirements of national and industrial standards can be integrated into enterprise’s routine management, thus standardizing management and improving work efficiency as well. Mr. Hou and Mr. Wu respectively expressed their gratitude to consultancy experts for their professional consultant service, and brought forth specific requirements in terms of improving project quality and safety management to meet customer’s need. At last, the consultancy experts focused on general info of the expert group, overall ideology of standards of 3 systems, basic management ideology and significance of their certification. They also elaborated how next consultant job could be carried out and requirements for coordination between relevant departments and internal auditors.

The initial meeting specified key jobs to be done concerning the reconstruction of company’s management systems, and formulated detailed and express compilation process and requirements for coordination of internal auditors at different steps, laying a solid foundation for orderly execution of reconstruction of 3 management systems.
