Training Meeting was Held at the Beginning of 2014

Recently, China National Decoration Co., Ltd launched trainings regarding network info security by Network Info Department and financial reimbursement management by Financial Department, aiming at improving professional conduct of employees. All departments were engaged in these training, which effectively reinforced employees’ awareness of managerial regulations of all departments, and improving trainees’ professional skills.

During network security training, there was a discussion on network security issues of the company’s current network. The instructors focused on info network security tech, info security management, network attack prevention, and management technique against computer virus and detrimental info dissemination. Emphasis was placed on process of expense reimbursement, filling of documents and problems to be noted in reimbursement process during financial reimbursement training.

These trainings gave employees of the company a deeper understanding of operational process possibly involved in their daily work, making the trainings instructive and practical for people of all departments to face management and to cope with new occurrence and new problems under new circumstances.
