New Top Management Team of the Company Announced & Mr. Xin Jianlin Appointed as General Manager

On January 27th, at the 2013 annual summary meeting of China National Decoration Co., Ltd, Mr. Li Jiefeng, Chairman of the board of directors, announced the newly-appointed top management team, among which Mr. Xin Jianlin was appointed as the new general manager of the company.

There was a simple but solemn handover ceremony between Chairman Li Jiefeng, who had been working concurrently as general manager, and Mr. Xin Jianlin. Mr. Xin took over the Letter of Appointment issued by the board of directors from Chairman Li Jiefeng’s hand, and delivered an inaugural address by saying, “China National Decoration is a great platform for personal development. We need to seize this opportunity to achieve mutual concurrent development of the enterprise and its staff. ” Mr. Xin further expressed that he had deep confidence in and high expectations on future development of the company.

Chairman Li Jiefeng also expressed his expectations on the new top management team and emphasized, “I hope that under the leadership of the new general manager, the new management team will make comprehensive consideration and overall plans in terms of managerial execution, and ensure that good policies won’t deviate as guaranteed by rigorous programmed rules during execution. Moreover, the team is also expected to make reforms and innovations and surpass themselves in practical work and reinforce internal strength and take advancement at key aspects such as management, marketing, innovation, development, team and culture construction, so as to achieve the upgrading of management, technology, quality, brand and industrial chain, and to compose a new chapter for the development of China National Decoration Co., Ltd with concerted effort.”

The newly-appointed top managerial members include:

XinJianlin (General Manger); Hou Yu (Executive Deputy General Manager); Wu Lie (Deputy General Manager & Chairman of Labor Union); Guan Zuowei (Deputy General Manager and Deputy Chief Engineer); Ge Lianhai (Chief Economic Manager); Lü Changhong (Deputy General Manager); Lu Mingjun (Deputy Chief Engineer), Gu Jin (HR & Administrative Director); and Sun Li (Financial Director ).
