China Decor Organized Party Members to Learn and Implement the Spirit Conveyed by the Files of the CPC’s Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI)

On January 30th, 2013, the Party Leadership Group of China Decor held a meeting to learn and convey the spirit delivered by the 2nd plenary meeting of the CPC’s Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI). The meeting was hosted by Xiao Yanju, Deputy Director of the office of China Decor’s Party Committee.

The meeting required that the spirits of the 18th CPC National Congress and the 2nd plenary meeting of CCDI as well as the speech given by Xi Jinping, Secretary General of the CPC Central Committee should be deemed as a guidance to unify thoughts, guide work, make every endeavor to refine work styles, restructure China Decor’s atmospheres, fulfill the requirements of being strict with the Party members and the managers, closely integrate the daily position and work planning of each department, pay adequate attention to the implementation of work with integrity and efficiency, and to comprehensively advance the construction of the Party’s style and an honest and clean government with an positive and more promising attitude throughout the whole company.

Through learning and discussion, the participants all stated that they should profoundly understand and comprehensively grasp the spirit of the 2nd plenary meeting to widen horizons and unify actions, should pare no efforts to implement the spirit of the plenary meeting during their work performance, fully integrate the company’s real situations, consciously comply with the company’s rules and regulations from every minor detail and handle affairs in conscious compliance with the company’s organization principles and detailed rules of each position, and should actively respond to the important instruction of rigorously enforcing the principles of diligence and frugality and opposing extravagance and waste issued by Xi Jinping, take measures with targeted, operative and strong guidance significance to form a good atmosphere centering diligence and frugality in the company, covering the saving range from production water, electricity, coal and steam, to a piece of paper, a pen and a kilowatt hour. In particular, they believed that in the management of the company’s dining hall, the company’s leadership should set an example by adhering to practice frugality, promising to “eat up” when having a dinner in the dining hall, filling bowls in accordance with demands and never wasting, and should put up “Tips for Dinner” in the dining hall to remind each employee, strengthen supervision and inspection, improve conservation awareness of each employee and firmly put an end to waste.

Finally, all the participants argued that they should conform to the Party Central Committee on the ideological, political and action basis, earnestly play a leading and exemplary role, convey the spirit of rigorously enforcing the principles of diligence and frugality and opposing extravagance and waste to every employee from now on and from each Party member, fully understand the importance and urgency of rigorously enforcing the principles of diligence and frugality and firmly eliminating waste, establish the concepts of frugality to be honorable and waste to be dishonorable, and guide all the employees to perform their own work to continuously strive for the new goals of China Decor.
