Chief Engineer of China Decor HouLihua Lectured the Students Majored in Architectural Decoration

Recently, HouLihua, Chief Engineer of China Decor was invited to give a lecture on characteristics of materials for building decoration projects to the students occupying in building decoration by the Beijing Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security and the Beijing Construction Decoration Association in order to improve the overall occupational qualities of the employees engaged in building decoration in accordance with the opinions of the Beijing Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security on professional building decoration skill examination evaluation reform released in 2011.

Chief Engineer HouLihua explained different problems happened during the construction of decoration materials with easy-to-understand words by summarizing his years’ of working experience, researches and practices and combining theories with practices. All the students on site were deeply affected. In addition, Chief Engineer HouLihua actively invited the students to interact with him, and answered questions initiatively raised by the students encouraged by him during the lecture so that they can acquire more knowledge in a direct and specific way. The simple and easy going words and interesting and humorous examples of Hou clearly and practicably explained the boring professional knowledge, which resonated with the students. Laughs and exclamation burst out from time to time. After the end of the lecture, the students lingered around to ask him about questions they concerned about, and many of them said that they benefited a lot from the lecture.
